Gone Gallivanting
Ahoy there,
I know it’s time for my usual Thursday post, but today I am off to New York City, so I will instead be over-excitedly bombarding your social media with pictures.

A few of my friends and I have been planning this trip for months, and I’m not gonna lie, I am overwhelmed with excitement. I mean, New York over the holidays! The Strand Bookstore! Dumplings and bubble tea and bagels and gyros! We’re even taking in a Broadway show, which blows my mind a little. Too much excitement for this hick little small town girl.
If you’d like, you can read about my previous trips to the city. Here is New York in the winter, and New York in the summer. You can also follow me on Instagram here, if you’d like to feel green with jealousy as we have our adventures.
If you’ve been there, and know of any places we simply must see, or if you have tips for actually staying warm enough, let me know in the comments.
Now, I’m off to freeze my face and toes. Till next week…

It was even better than I hoped.
Ahhh! So excited for you!! Have SO MUCH FUN! It just snowed so I hope you’re enjoying that magic! What Broadway show?? Can’t wait to see what you get up to in my favorite city!
Gah, I’m so excited about the snow!! This trip keeps getting more and more perfect. We’re seeing Phantom of the Opera this time. Figured it’s a good solid start to our Broadway escapades. Besides, it’s one we could afford. Haha.
