Guys, I want to talk to you about something very important today. Some of you may have a taco-shaped hole in your heart, and I want to tell you how you can fill that from the comfort of your own home, because that’s how much I love you.<\/p>\n

We’ve talked about tacos<\/a> before, well, more than once<\/a> to be honest. But in the bustle of life, it’s easy to forget things, and I just want to be sure you haven’t forgotten about tacos lately.<\/p>\n

Since our family isn’t exactly traditional when it comes to celebrating Christmas, we ended our Christmas day with this spread, and I think you deserve to know how to have such happiness as well. So here you go.<\/p>\n

The Meat<\/h3>\n

Any shredded meat will do, but if you really want the flavors to blow you away, use the Chipotle Dr. Pepper Shredded Pork<\/a> mentioned in my previous post. Other meats pale in comparison.<\/p>\n

If you wanna be fancy, have some fish or shrimp available as well. And if you do, invite me please.<\/p>\n

The Tortillas<\/h3>\n

The other important thing is making sure you have good tortillas. Don’t use the ones from Aldi, if possible. Either find yourself a Latina to make you some, or check out that little Mexican store you drive past. I bet they have good tortillas. Tacos are traditionally made with corn tortillas, but if you want a bigger variety you could try both corn and flour.<\/p>\n

The Salads<\/h3>\n

Now you get to be really creative; this is the most fun part, in my opinion. There are so many greens that are good on tacos, but here are a few suggestions to get you started.<\/p>\n
